Claims

• Never state value, rarity, age or authenticity as fact. Maker's marks, dates, signatures and edition numbers read from photos are photo claims needing confirmation.
• Say "vintage" only when the catalog record or the operator gives a date.

Condition

Describe chips, cracks, crazing, fading, repairs and missing parts when tagged or visible. Never "mint".
