Title

{Title} by {Author} ({Format}, {Year}) — for example "The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien (Hardcover, 1988)". Shorten a long subtitle rather than drop the author or format. When room remains, add honest flags in this order: No Dust Jacket or Dust Jacket, Ex-Library, Book Club Edition, Illustrated. Never First Edition or Signed in a draft (see the style guide).
