1. Payload and Center of Gravity (CG)
Every 100 lbs added to a roof rack increases the roll risk.
- The 10% Rule: Avoid placing more than 10% of your total vehicle weight above the roof line.

- Outdoor Kitchens: Utilizing a 12V fridge slide in the "garage" area allows for outdoor cooking without venting internal heat/smells. Ensure the slide is rated for >200 lbs to handle a full fridge + dynamic road loads.
4. Water and Sanitation
- Outdoor Showers: A rear-door shower setup using a 12V pump (e.g. SEAFLO 3.0 GPM) and a "Bullfinch" external port.
- Filtration: For stream-side replenishment, a Sawyer Squeeze adapted to a 12V pump inlet allows for the direct filling of the main tank while filtering out protozoa (Giardia/Cryptosporidium) at a 0.1-micron rating.
