Stockroom Hub

Part of the Simple Agility stack. Stockroom is the stack's inventory and listing-preparation component: intake, inventory, per-route pricing and triage, channel-neutral listing drafts, barcode-driven physical tracking, eBay integration, and operator-assisted customer spotlights (SA-8, SA-11). Repository: ~/source/stockroom. Phases 1–7 are built; operator acceptance is underway.

• StockroomChannelsAndSalesDesign — assisted posting, recorded sales, a delist checklist and To-ship picks, then eBay polling, automatic ends and Telegram alerts.
• StockroomPhotoIdentificationDesign — a model proposes what a non-book item is from its photos, the operator confirms it, and an eBay keyword search prices it.
