Wikantik is a collaborative wiki. Pages may be created and edited by users, and content is presented as-is. We may add, change, or remove features, or suspend or discontinue the service, at any time.
You sign in using a third-party identity provider such as Google or Facebook. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your identity-provider credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from your user preferences, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the service to post unlawful, infringing, or abusive content; to harass others; to attempt unauthorized access to the service or its data; or to disrupt its operation. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of content you contribute, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute it as part of the wiki. Your contributions are attributed to your username and remain in the wiki's page history even after you delete your account.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jacob Fear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
